Dispatch is my first responder software. Dispatch is publicly available and works out of the box, globally. Click This Link to try it out.
First responder and dispatcher actions are harmonized via my custom algorithm.
My user interface is beautiful, streamlined, and easy to use. Any city or township can easily download and install this on iPads, or iPhones to immediately synchronize all first responder efforts and maximize efficiency.
Access can be given to all local and borderline first responders, enabling easy coordination between precincts, especially useful when incidents occur near borders or when multiple juridictions overlap.
First responders can request to join servers and find nearby incidents needing assistance that meet their individual skills while being alerted to known hazards, increasing both efficiency and safety of first responders.

This 16 minute video is a deep dive into Mason's Dispatch.
There are 5 sections. Give it a watch to learn all of the features and become a power user.
Easy to create incidents with clear warnings for any hazards. Incidents can be created by dropping a pin on a map, or searching for an address.
Interactive map showing nearby incidents and first responders. It is color coded to primary need or branch, respectively. This enables first responders to efficiently respond to nearby calls for aid.
Responders can easily filter incidents by type and precinct.
Police incidents have additional filters for incident urgency based on the incident description: code 1 : green badge, code 2 : yellow badge, code 3 : red badge, no code : white badge.
Location specific history showing past incidents at that location.
Apple Maps integration with turn by turn directions to incident locations.
First Responder profiles with specializations to ensure all incident needs are met.
Audit log for long term inquiry requests.
Real time GPS map showing responders responding to an incident.
Incident based chat + chat audit log.
Permission based private servers enabling admins to create a server and give full access to officers in their precinct, and read-only access to neighboring precincts or other agencies they wish to collaborate with.
Servers can be made private to prevent random access requests.
Action log showing time on duty, and incident related actions.
Audit log query tool
First Responder calls for police, medical, fire, or roadside assistance.
Parking lots and towing companies to easily source incidents.
National Parks for trail markers.
Cleanup of biological hazards such as HAZMAT spills or human feces in San Francisco.
In war zones like Ukraine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, or Columbia University in the City of New York, this can be used to geo-tag unexploded ordinance (UXO) for explosive ordinance disposal (EOD). My ultimate dream is for this app to protect children from death or maiming due to careless munitions left behind in wartime.
Enhance efficiency by using the color coded map. Easily see all open incidents and responders in your area. Filter down to type or precinct/server instantly.
First Responders are shown by a color coded profile icon (bust icon)
Incidents are shown by a incident type icon:
Blue Badge: Police primary need.
The algorithm checks the police incident description for special codes.
Blue with a white badge : No code
Blue with a green badge : Code 1
Blue with a yellow badge: Code 2
Blue with a red badge : Code 3
Red Fire: Fire primary need.
Green Medical: Medical primary need.
Purple Support: Roadside/other primary need.
Map has full zoom functionality. Tapping the incident on the map will open the incident details and enable users to list themselves as responding.
First responders first must create a profile, and then request to join servers.
Profiles include non-PII names, primary branch, and any special skills the officer has.
Most first responders don't know every street in the city. Create an incident by address or dropping a pin anywhere in the world. First responders with access to your server data will be instantly notified and can respond to nearby incidents.
At a quick glance first responders know what known threats await them, from armed suspects to HAZMAT spills.
The app immediately enhances the safety of every first responder.
Incidents also highlight any immediate needs, enabling specialized first responders to more easily allocate their skills.
From the dashboard view with all incidents and responders, if you select an incident, this view will appear.
At a glance you can see all the details of the incident and any known threats or special needs.
You can tap the "Apple Maps" icon to open the location in Apple Maps and get turn by turn directions directly to the location.
At the bottom, the "Responders" section, you can see if anyone has chosen to respond to the incident. 1 spot is reserved for each primary type of responder (police, fire, medical, and support). There are 4 open responders positions for events requiring more than 1 of a given branch. Tapping the profile icon will open the profile details of the responder.
In this example, you can see 3 police officers have chosen to respond.
Tapping the map will open a detailed view of all responders, see next section for a screenshot.
tapping the chat icon in the bottom left corner will open incident specific chat.
From the open incident page, if you tap the map, this detailed map will open.
You can clearly see where all the other officers choosing to respond are currently located. In this example, one officer appears to be on-scene with 2 others on their way, one from the north and one frmo the south.
As always, tapping on the profile icon will open the profile of the respondig officer so you can know who they are, in addition to where they are.
Create a server and give access to those you approve.
Servers can be either Public (anyone can find them), or private (only searchable if you provide them the server's unique ID).
Users can request to join your server, and start in pending status. You can reject/approve members as needed, and assign additional admins. Ideally each precinct has all officers as "Full Members" and adjacent precincts as read-only. This enables easy collaboration for incidents near borders.
There is no limit to the number of precincts servers you can be a member of or admin of, but users can only be an owner of 1 server, and each server only has 1 owner.
Easy to understand incident log allows users to perform admin actions (edit/delete) of any incidents they have administrative rights to.
Action log shows all actions taken by the user:
Clock in/Clock out.
Incident Response.
Incident Closure (even if someone else closes the incident you responded to).
The app works on both iPhones and iPads.
This uses cutting edge Apple software kits, meaning it is not compatible with Android or web interfaces.
No personal information is ever entered into the application unless done in error in the incident details section. Dispatchers are NOT supposed to enter PII however any freeform data entry enables user error and risk.
Location and any other data are not sold to third party vendors. The only non-custom software development kit installed is the Google Firebase Cloud integration software package.
Upon closing an incident, incident information is stored in another audit table for any audits.
