Repeal a Law that criminalizes someone and deprives them of freedom with no victim, or other excessive punishment. 

Hire someone for a job for a year that will give them skills to enable them to find future employment. Also pay them more than the recommended cost of living so they can save for the future. Imagine, if after a year of working for you, someone has skills, some extra cash in their pocket, and a recommendation? 

If you earned your money, you can teach that skill. Put in the effort to hire someone and give them a future. 

Create a policy that isn't shit. 

I hate lifting. Heavy weights are heavy. You have heavy weights strapped to you at all times, across all parts of your body. That must be hard. Start taking care of yourself. Eat healthy: 1 acai bowl a day to start. Ensure there's no added sugar. Start small and add a walk into your day. Then, make the walk longer. Sorry you've been led poorly all your life.
